This new office space for a production company included offices, edit bays, and flexible production space. We used the vocabulary of the exposed wood, steel and brick of the existing building shell for the new construction. Office walls and portions of the ceilings consisted of glass bolted to the wall framing. Running through the space is a ribbon of steel, reminiscent of a strip of film, terminating in the partners' office.
