This colonial home built in 1922 had been badly remodeled in the 50’s. The entire rear portion of the house was removed, including a pool that was too close to the house. 1,116 square feet were added, consisting of a new kitchen, family room, master suite, and two bedrooms. All new work was done in a style appropriate to the original house. A new porch on the back of the house provides a place for outdoor dining below, and a terrace for the master bedroom above.
