This home was built in the 30’s in a Deco-inflected Spanish style. Our remodel focused on enlarging and completely remodeling the kitchen and family room in a style compatible with the rest of the house. The large cracked concrete patio was also upgraded with new custom-designed tile, outdoor grill, and new fountain.
